Welcome to Bradshaw Billiards. These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of bradshawbilliards.com, purchases from our online store, and pool table services we perform for you. By using the site, placing an order or booking a service, you agree to these terms.

Bradshaw Billiards is owned and operated by Geoff Bradshaw and serves Upstate New York.

1. About us and these terms

Bradshaw Billiards sells pool tables, cues, accessories and game room products online, and provides pool table installation, relocation, leveling, recloth and repair services. We may update these terms at any time. The version posted on this page when you order is the one that applies.

2. Using our website

You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access it without permission, or copy its content for commercial use without our written consent. All text, photos, logos and designs on this site belong to Bradshaw Billiards or their respective brand owners and may not be reused without permission.

3. Products, descriptions and pricing

We work to keep product details, photos and prices accurate. Manufacturers sometimes change specifications, finishes and cloth colors, and photos may differ slightly from the item you receive. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. If we find a pricing or listing error after you order, we will contact you and offer to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

Brand names and trademarks, including Olhausen, Brunswick, Diamond, Great American, Legacy, Playcraft, True Billiards, Koda and Aramith, belong to their owners. Their appearance on this site does not imply endorsement of Bradshaw Billiards by those owners.

4. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we send confirmation or ship the item. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons such as stock availability, pricing errors or suspected fraud, and will refund any payment taken. Payment is due at checkout for store items. Pool table orders and service jobs require a 50% deposit, with the balance due on delivery or on completion of the work. Deposits are non-refundable, unless we cancel the order. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout or on your quote or invoice.

5. Pool tables, special orders and custom items

Pool tables, custom finishes, custom cloth, custom pocket sizing and other special-order items are made or ordered for you. Once the order is placed with the manufacturer, it cannot be cancelled, and your deposit is non-refundable, unless we cancel the order, in which case it is refunded in full. Lead times are estimates from the manufacturer and are not guaranteed. We will keep you updated if a date changes.

6. Shipping and delivery

We ship within the United States only. We do not ship outside the US. Orders of $99 or more qualify for free standard shipping on eligible items within the US. Oversized items such as pool tables are delivered by appointment as described below. Small items ship from our location or directly from the manufacturer. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the item. Inspect every package on arrival and note any visible damage with the carrier before signing. Pool tables are delivered by appointment, and someone 18 or older must be present. Clear access to the room, including doorways, stairs and a level floor, is the customer's responsibility. Extra charges may apply if access problems require additional labor or a second trip.

7. Returns and refunds

  • Standard store items such as cues, cases, chalk and accessories may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused, undamaged and in original packaging.

  • Contact us before sending anything back so we can issue return instructions.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.

  • Refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

  • Not returnable: special-order and custom items, pool tables once delivered or installed, cut or installed cloth, and items customized for you.

  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement, repair or refund.

8. Installation and service work

Quotes for installation, moving, leveling, recloth and repair are estimates until we see the job. The final price may change if site conditions differ from what was described, for example stairs, slate condition, floor condition, or hidden damage. You agree to give us safe and clear access to the work area. Appointments can be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments are charged a $200 trip fee. We stand behind our workmanship and will correct installation or service issues reported within 30 days of the job at no charge. This does not cover damage from later moves, misuse, humidity, or floor settling.

9. Manufacturer warranties

Products sold by us carry the manufacturer's warranty, if any. We will help you start a warranty claim, but the manufacturer decides whether a claim is covered. Our own workmanship is covered as described in Section 8.

10. Safety and your responsibilities

Pool tables are heavy. Make sure your floor can support the weight, and keep children and pets clear during delivery and installation. You are responsible for any damage caused by incorrect information you give us about the space, access or floor.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bradshaw Billiards is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site, products or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service at issue. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law that cannot be waived.

12. Privacy

We collect your name, contact details, address and order information to fulfill orders, provide service and answer questions. We do not sell your personal information. Payment details are handled by our payment processor. See our Privacy Policy for more.

13. Site content and third-party links

The site may link to manufacturer or third-party sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or policies.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in New York State.
